Benji's Babies is a small but renowned hobby breeder of high-quality standard, tweenie, and miniature dachshund puppies in the Lake of the Ozarks and Kansas City regions of Missouri. I have been breeding dachshunds for over 17 years. My puppies are raised with love and care in a clean environment with disease prevention and health as my first priorities. I also ensure that my puppies are loved and socialized before they become part of your family.

About Me :
My name is Angie and I am the breeder behind Benji's Babies. Benji was the name of my very first stud when I entered the breeding business. My love for the dachshund breed is what inspired me to begin breeding dachshunds and to share my love for the breed with others. In my opinion, dachshunds make the very best companions. They are loyal and give love and affection unconditionally. They love to sit with me while on the back porch or while watching tv. I also like that they are very low maintenance, requiring very little grooming. Raising and providing happy and healthy dachshund puppies to my customers brings me great joy.

Available Puppies
Dusty and Izzy had a litter of dachshund puppies on 6/12/26. The puppies will be ready for their new homes at 8 weeks of age on Friday, 8/7/26. They can be picked up at our home near Laurie, MO in the Lake of the Ozarks area that weekend (8/7-9) or they can be picked up at our home in Excelsior Springs, MO in the Kansas City area that Sunday evening (8/9). Puppies cannot be shipped.
There are two puppies that are available. One is a male long haired sable who will likely be close to the size of his dad at around 20 lbs. The other is a female long haired black and tan who will likely be closer to mom's size at around 12 lbs. I expect both puppies to have sweet, loving, and obedient temperaments like mom and dad.

Each puppy will come with a folder containing a detailed health record, a 72-hour health guarantee, American Canine Association registration, and a certified three generation pedigree.
Puppies will also go home with a small sample of Diamond Naturals Small and Medium Breed Puppy Food to get started.​

Each puppy will be completely de-wormed and will be given its first vaccination. Each puppy will also be micro-chipped.

Each puppy is $2500. A $300 non- refundable deposit via cash, Venmo or Paypal (using friends and family) will hold a puppy until it is ready with the remaining $2200 due in cash at pick up. Visits to my home near Laurie, MO as well as Facetime calls are welcome prior to placing a deposit on a puppy. I also try to keep photos and videos updated on this website as well as the Benji's Babies Facebook page.
